How do I order the first?

Select the desired product from the overview. Select size and colour or the corresponding parameters. Add the product to your shopping basket by click on the shopping basket symbol. They can now select and add or change to shopping basket approval further products.

In the shopping basket view you can adapt the crowd again or delete products from the shopping basket. You come behind to the offered assortment about the product picture or the left menu bar.

Would you like to complete the purchase order transaction? Please follow the orders of the purchase order transaction. Please write the invoice address or if different the delivery address. These data are needed for the delivery of the order. A user account which makes future orders easier for you is established with these data at the same time. Take care that the entered e-mail address is also correct. If you already have a customer account, you can log in directly about my account.

You must then select the payment and modes of transport. With the following ordering confirmation you have the possibility to print your order. You immediately receive a confirmation e-mail for your assigned order. Depending on chosen mode of payment further payment information is contained in this e-mail. The original invoice is delivered to you with the goods delivery.

Can different invoice and delivery addresses be used?

This is not a problem. Fill out the details to this in the fields "shipping address". For all later orders this adjustment is feasible in your user account.

How I order by payment type - bank transfer?

In your ordering confirmation which you receive by e-mail after the order all account information is contained for the transfer. Please, you transfer the invoice amount only upon receipt of the invoice confirmation or a payment request. Optimal is the transfer by means of online banking. This way the delivery of the order is made possible on the fastest way. Of course you can carry out the transfer also for your bank on one of our given accounts. Please use the international bank code BIC and SWIFT  for this. Please give the invoice number and your name in the field of your transfer as a use.

Are orders also accepted by e-mail or telephone?

They can mail orders also by e-mail, fax or telephone. The necessary contact information you can find directly at our contact side.

Please have the following details ready for your order:

• Item name and item number
• desired quantity and color
• Surname, Firstname
• address and delivery address
• E-mail address
• payment mode and mode of transport

Can I continue interrupted orders again?

The continuation of interrupted orders is only possible when a browser window is still opened with the online shop. If all browser windows are closed, then is yours   purchase also ended and the order must be carried out newly.


How can I make a new user account?

User accounts are made automatically at your first order in the online shop. You receive the access data sent for your user account after the confirmation of the order by e-mail. At additional orders you then can authenticate yourself directly over these access data. A renewed petition of the user data therefore is not necessary. You can first of all apply already in the area of the left strip on the initial side.

I would like to cancel my order, how must I proceed?

To cancel an order, you contact our customer service by e-mail. Indicates your order and customer number in this e-mail. The cancellation is confirmed to you by e-mail. A cancellation of delivered goods is not possible. You can take also your right to return the items.

How and when are shipped the order?

The dispatch of your ordered goods are carried out via the service providers DPD and DHL . The delivery time is dependent on your site . The service provider is selected by Adreto.de after economic points of view if not wished by you differently. Should it come to extended delivery times, you will informed by us by e-mail.

Can I use an arbitrary e-mail address?

You can use each of your e-mail addresses. You should see,  that can file attachments the e-mail address to used at the order be sent (for example in the PDF format). In addition, sufficient capacity must be available for this attachments.

What happens with my entered data?

All data you enter at the order in the online shop are secured for SSL and exclusively used for the delivery of the order. A passing on of the data to third parties provided that these are not involved in the delivery is therefore excluded. We only use credit card information in the direct contact with the respective credit card institute or the payment provider.

Which currencies are supported in the online shop?

The payment for all price and all performances is EURO(€).

I have already  a log in the online shop. What must I do?

You have the access data for the online shop from a previous order? A login is possible by the composition of an order directly above the address petition. You can logged in with the right combination from e-mail address and password as soon as you can see your order. You can also log in  first of all in my account.
